Availability
During the day, I spend my time at my current job, rehabilitating dogs that are post-surgery, paralyzed, overweight, or have any health issues. I am part-time at this position and so this leaves me with free time to take care of your pets! I am available afternoons and evenings and my schedule is very flexible and open.

I will accommodate to any requests! As your trusted sitter, I will ensure your pet safe and comfortable at all times, and give them affection and love while you are their owner is away. Pets may feel stressed while owners are gone, so I will make their safety and happiness is a priority. This may may look like me making sure your pet leashed at all times during walks (if requested), comfortably crated, (if requested), leaving nothing out that pets may get into.

Please let me know about preferred feeding times, walking times, and if your pet is on any medication, (especially if meds need to be taken with food), as well as any allergies. It is also important for me to know if your dog is people and/or dog friendly, so I account for this. If your dog is more on the shy side, it will be important that we do a Meet and Greet before so they can get comfortable with me before. I like to allow pets to warm up to me first. I also need to know is your pet is friendly with other animals, so I can accommodate and be proactive!
A typical day
All activities are dependent upon you pets' age and activity level! Younger and high energy dogs will be stimulated through exercise such as a long walk around the neighborhood or local park, or fetch on an open grass field (if pet can be off leash and is dog-friendly). Older and lower energy pups, I will engage with through lots of affection and cuddles, as well as walks. My priority is keeping your dog interacted through exercise and/or affection!

I have been surrounded by pets since I was a kid, I have grown up around cats, dogs, chicken, reptiles and birds my entire life. I am most knowledgeable with dogs and cats, and I am currently employed at a holistic veterinary facility where I rehabilitate post-surgery dogs, paralyzed, and "tripawd" dogs. Before this job, I worked at a cat and dog boarding and training facility, where I learned most of my handling and training skills. I am knowledgeable in basic and intermediate balanced training styles, and have worked with all types of breeds, from a 6 pound Havanese, to a 115 pound Cane Corso. I love all breeds and feel comfortable with any sizes, as my experience has been across the board with all types of breeds. I also specialize in working with elderly and disabled pets, as I know how to express paralyzed and/or incontinent pets, as well as administer medication. I currently have a three year old cat who I named Picasso. He is a rescue and is my best friend. I am looking forward to meeting yours!
