I am a very passionate cat mom of two sweet tabby boys who understand that we all always want the best for our kitties! I got my first cat five years ago when he was seven weeks old and my second earlier this year when he was six months old, so I have a lot of experience taking care of kittens. Since I travel a lot, I know how big of a deal it can be to trust someone else with your cats, and I want to be that person for someone else. I have cat who insists on having ice cubes in his water and likes to have me watch him eat, so I am very accustomed to tending to cats' quirks. I have cared for both of my cats through surgeries, including applying warm compresses and administering medicine (even to a picky eater). I feed my cats both wet and dry food so I am very familiar with serving both. However, I have had dogs for my whole life and am very experienced in their care as well. I have cared for dogs with anxiety, as well as cared for senior pets. I am comfortable administering medicine and following special diets. I have also been walking dogs since I was a kid and would love to take your pet for a spin.

I will care for your pets by playing with them and helping them get some of that energy out or sitting beside them and just giving them pets and keeping them company. I know each pet is different and has different things they need through out the day. For cats, I can clean the litter boxes. For dogs, I can take them outside to go. I will always make sure that the food and water bowls are full and clean, and that your pet is comfortable when I leave.

Macy was absolutely wonderful with our 12-year-old Shih Tzu, Charlie. Caring for a senior dog comes with its own considerations, and we felt completely comfortable knowing Charlie was in her care. She was attentive, dependable, communicative, and treated him with genuine kindness throughout his stay. It was clear that Charlie was comfortable with her and very well cared for, which meant a great deal to us. We would unequivocally recommend Macy to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their pup, especially those with an older dog. We would happily have Charlie stay with her again.
Macy has taken great care of my pets over the years. She has cared for them on a daily basis and watched them while I was on vacation. She has experience with elderly dogs and giving medication. She also has calmed my anxious pets with her compassionate and steady manner. Macy has two cats of her own that she spoils and loves tremendously! She will treat your pets like they are her own!

Schedule
I am a graduate student and I teach an undergraduate course. My classes are at night twice a week, and I teach for two afternoons during the week. The rest of my time is free to do homework, write, work, and take care of my own fur babies. I am very good at scheduling myself and would love to work your pets into my schedule.
