Kenzie really came through for us when our normal sitter informed us she was unable to watch our Lola for the holidays. Kenzie was professional, communicative and we could tell when we got back that she had done a great job being present for our pup and to our home. We will definitely be using her again!!

Mackenzie took amazing care of my dog and home! She is very responsive, super responsible, and extremely kind. She took my dog on hikes (my dog looooves hikes) and walks and we got lots of wonderful pictures each day. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her and I never worried about my pup one bit...which is not like me at all. :) I highly recommend Mackenzie and will most definitely be asking her back!

MacKenzie was great with our very challenging pups! Very communicative, friendly and I felt a sense of relief leaving them with her! Came home to a very clean house as well. Super appreciative and grateful for her loving care!

Untrustworthy! I paid for Mackenzie to stay for three nights 24/7 with my Parson Russell Terrier (9) and Schipperke (15 months old). She did not stay here 2 of the nights I learned from a neighbor. Unsure about the first night. Instead she left my dogs inside the closed up hot house on a hot weekend, and only stopped in for 10 minutes at a time 2 or 3 times a day and did not let the dogs outside at all when she came. She was confronted about this by a neighbor on the last morning, so she walked one of the dogs. My very active dogs have 2 dog doors and spend the entirety of every day in the daylight playing in the yard--running in and out of the house--with dog doors closed at night due to coyotes we have here. Probably she decided to stay with her boyfriend who lives nearby, or could she also have been simultaneously working other Rover jobs.on my time, to max out on the money I know she wants to save to open her own dance studio? I had felt comfortable having her house-sit, because of her being a graduate of Santa Clara Univ, having worked for Microsoft, and being from a nice family. She claimed I had said I would be home at 12 PM instead of afternoon sometime. I got home at 1:30 and was surprised to find the dogs here alone, She was not here and did not check if I had ever arrived. Texted me she had a 12:30 appt with another client, I finally heard from her the next day. She told me she had "closed out the ticket". I have no idea how much she finally charged me. Had mentioned an extra $120 because my kitchen was "not up to Rover standards". I had paid for four days for one dog and Rover web site would not allow me to revise the booking, even after our messages on website showed her aggreeing to the changes. Mackenzie said she would be fine with the added 15 lb exceedingly friendly pup being added, and have that extra day I had paid for pay for the extra dog. The morning of the day I arrived she had texted me it would be $49 (or $46? for Scottie per day, plus a charge of half a day for arriving more than 2 hours after she said I had said I would arrive (untrue, and physically impossible to have arrived by then). Also that the $120 would be added for the kitchen. I told her to charge me whatever she felt was appropriate.

Mackenzie was absolutely wonderful with our two fur babies. Her level of detail and willingness to go above and beyond are top notch. You will not regret having her care for your pets.
