Before watching a pet, I think it’s important to know about their routine, personality, and any behaviors to be aware of, such as anxiety, reactivity, triggers, or specific habits. I’d also like to know if they take any medications, have dietary restrictions, allergies, or special care needs. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for by keeping their routine as consistent as possible.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch includes sticking closely to their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. Depending on their needs, this may include walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I love keeping pets active and engaged through walks, fetch, outdoor time, or play, while also making space for cuddles and downtime if that’s more their style. My goal is always to make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’ve been dog sitting on and off for the past two years and have grown up around dogs my whole life. I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I provide services such as dog sitting, drop-in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, so I do my best to follow routines closely and provide care that helps them feel comfortable and secure. I currently have a nine-year-old Lab/Beagle mix named Lucy, who is still very high energy, so I’m comfortable caring for active dogs and pets with different temperaments. Growing up with dogs and having pet-sitting experience has taught me how important patience, consistency, and trust are when caring for animals. My availability is currently completely open, as I’m home from college for the summer. I’m not working full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive, reliable care and quality time with your pets. I know trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and my goal is always to provide dependable care so both you and your pet feel comfortable and cared for!
