I love pets of all kinds and sizes!
I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. I am happy to accommodate any routine your pet may have to make them more comfortable on walks and drop in visits. I’m very used to shy dogs and cats that may need a little more space as well as super energetic ones.

Mackenzie petsat at our house for both my dogs and she was wonderful with them. We were gone for 6 days and all of those days she kept us updated and sent photos and let us know how they were doing. When we came back, they looked happy and the house was well taken care of. If you are looking for a mature and responsible person to look after your pets, Mackenzie is highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Mackenzie highly enough! She has expertly cared for our pets when we have traveled for many years. She is not only trustworthy, thorough, and reliable, our pets LOVE her. This includes a terrier/chihuahua mix that is nervous and growly with almost everyone, including some family members. Mackenzie has her hands full with our three dogs and two cats (including some geriatrics in the mix), and cares for them as well as the house expertly. She is always our first choice when we need a pet sitter.

Schedule
I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule and have plenty of times available for walks and drop in visits. I have 3 pets of my own though and can’t stay overnight or do boarding at my house. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs I’m happy to bring my lab over she is great with other dogs.

- I don't have breed preferences, but I do like to know dogs special needs or daily routines. I'd like to know if they're good with other people or other dogs. I also need to know how long they can be left alone for and are they allowed on the furniture and other details such as those.
