Hello everyone, I’m Mackenzie and I am an animal lover. I am 23 years old, and enjoy spending time with furry friends. I am currently enrolled in the UF College of Veterinary Medicine, and work as a technician on my breaks. Because of this I am trained in giving your animals the medicine and care they need. I enjoy helping and spending time with animals. I am very laid back and can work around your schedules. I am always pretty much always available, aside from my classes. I am able to walk dogs, give meds, and care for your pet so your animals will never be left sick or lonely! I hope I can spend time with your beloved dogs.

We cannot speak highly enough of Mackenzie! We’ve never had anyone other than family watch our dogs, but for our wedding, we had to go with Rover since all of our family was traveling with us. This included our three dogs plus my dad’s dog (all 60+ lbs). We were nervous because they can be a handful, but Mackenzie was truly amazing with them. They loved her. Even our skittish dog was already asking for belly rubs from her on the first day. She handled all meds without issue. They got so much play time and attention that they’re going to be sad when they go back to real life with us and we’re at work not playing with them! She sent frequent updates and pictures, letting us know any concerns she had with the dogs. Our home was left clean and everything in its place. Our dogs, as she put it (and we laughed and agreed wholeheartedly), are cute but very crazy. If she could handle the four of them without issue, she can definitely handle your dogs. If we ever need to rover again, I would book her in an instant. Especially for a high stakes moment like being gone for a wedding, we needed this to go well, and couldn’t have asked for better!
Mackenzie was great at making Sunny comfortable and was attentive to details of her care. Had a challenge with the hurricane during our stay and she did a great job communicating with us. Would book again!

Mackenzie is such a reliable sitter! I really appreciate all the photos she sends and for having great communication. I also really appreciate her flexibility when my flight landed late and for watching Zoey a little later than planned.

Schedule
Pet care has been a major part of my routine for the past 4 years. All throughout undergrad I prioritized taking care of others pets. I am a huge animal lover, and will treat your pets like my own.

I live in an apartment with two roommates who are also in vet school. We are very aware of what is needed for our clients pets.
A typical day
Whatever your pet loves to do, we love to do with them! Our house is very active and loves to go on walks and hikes. We would love to have a furry friend come along with us! We also love to cuddle up on the couch and give your pet all the attention he/she wants.
