I am a professional dog trainer and own and operate Pawsitive Speak Dog Training out of my home in Grain Valley MO. I am expanding my business to include boarding and am available to host and care for any breed and size with and without behavioral restrictions. In my training I specialize in reactivity rehabilitation, but also work with puppies and basic obedience. I have 5 dogs of my own including two weimeraners, a doberman, and German shepherd, and a Great Dane. I love dogs more than life and am blessed to spend all of my time with them. My dogs sleep in bed with me and are my constant companions. I work with dogs full time, so I am at home every day and don't have to leave for another job. I have an acre a a half fenced yard to run and play in and my entire basement is finished out for just dogs. I work with dogs full time as a professional dog trainer and have no other job, so I am home with my dogs and the dogs in boarding here full time. I have an a acre and a half fenced yard for your dogs to run and play in as well as many other dogs for them to play with (or not if being around other dogs is stressful for them). I kennel dogs when they are not out with me being directly supervised to ensure their safety and the safety of all other fur babies in my care. I am home full time, so I work with dogs all day. Dogs are kenneled overnight and if I need to leave for short intervals to run errands during the day. I have an acre and a half fenced yard where dogs play most of the day weather permitting. When dogs aren't outside playing, they are with me inside.

Mackenzie was super friendly and welcomed my 2 dogs for the weekend. She helped ease them into being around other dogs and made them feel comfortable. She sent photos and updates which helped this mama feel at ease. She is super responsive. We will definitely use her again in the future.
Duke had a wonderful time running around with friends. She was very accommodating with Duke being nervous at first. By the end of the week he didn’t want to leave lol. We will definitely be returning.
MacKenzie always takes great care of our dog. I especially love getting update pictures when we are away! 🩷

A typical day
I am home full time with the dogs in my indoor boarding facility and acre and a half fenced play yard. My dogs are my family and dogs are my whole life so most of my day is spent getting dogs in and out to play.

- I require all dogs who stay with me to be UTD on all vaccinations including bordatella. I prefer dogs who are kennel trained, but can work around that if needed. I need to know if your dog is dog friendly (big vs small etc) as well as any other behavioral requirements they might have (resource guarding, handling issues, etc). The most important thing is to communicate with me about all of your dogs needs so we can ensure they have the best possible stay possible!
