I will be in the Battle Creek area from June through August. Come August, I will be in the Champaign, IL area. My daily/weekly schedule is fairly open as I do not have a current job.

My pets are allowed on furniture. However, I will respect whatever rules you have in place with your pet. I tend to do an outside break every 2-4 hours depending on weather, but in the summer most days are spent outside. I feed my dog on a 2 meal schedule, but can accommodate the pet(s) normal meal routines.

Please let me know if your pet has a special needs such as a medication routine. I am open to any breed and temperament as long as I am instructed on how to best approach the pet. Safety always comes first.
A typical day
I love to provide physical exercise through walks, swimming, fetch, and play with other dogs (if allowed). On tougher weather days, I love to provide mental stimulation through meal/treat puzzles, training sessions, and play inside the house.

Hello! I am a second year veterinary student at the University of Illinois. I am home in MI with my parents for the summer, so I’d love to care for your pet(s) while you’re away. I have experience with dogs and cats of all temperaments and energy levels. I am also Fear Free certified, so I pride myself on providing comfortable visits.

Mackenzie is a very trust worthy pet sitter! She is a lifelong pet owner with a dog and two cats herself. In addition to being a pet owner, Mackenzie is in veterinary school, which gives me peace of mind leaving my animals with her.
Mackenzie is a wonderful pet caregiver and owner. She has been involved with pets since the day she was born. Our family has had dogs, cats, rabbits , guinea pigs, hamsters and hedgehogs, so she is very used to a wide variety of animals. She has also watched many other people‘s animals when they were on vacation and has also house sat with them at their own homes.She received her undergraduate in Animal Science at MSU and she’s now working on her her graduate degree at the University of Illinois in veterinary medicine, so she has a clear passion for any and all animals and she would be a wonderful addition to rover.com.
