My weekends and nights after work stay flexible: sometimes I am gone for a couple hours to visit friends, but if a pre-set plan with my friends is intended to take more than 3 hours, I will ensure you are aware ahead of time so we can determine whether I am the best fit for your pets.

I only pet sit in the client's home as I believe animals feel safer in an environment they know and trust. I also live in a small space where I cannot have more than my one dog, so bringing more animals home is not an option.

A typical day
I love going for walks around the neighborhood when the weather is nice (not too hot and not too cold!) When we are indoors, I enjoy playing mini fetch down a hallway or tug-o-war with one of their toys. For animals with less energy, I enjoy snuggling up on the couch or bed and watching tv while providing them with plenty of scratches/pets.

*Prior to sending a booking request, please be aware that I work 8:30AM to 5:30PM M-F. If this does not work for your pet’s needs, please do not send a request* When you book with me, I COME TO YOU! Your pets will never have to leave the place they know and love. I know leaving your fur babies is difficult, so I make it a point to respond to all messages almost instantly when I am not working my regular 8:30am-5:30pm job, and within 1-2 hours when I am at work. I am experienced with dogs and cats of all ages and love them as my own! I request detailed instructions on feeding and any other important details to be sent via message or written at your home.

MacKenzie was so patient with our little dogs and their needs. She stayed with them from Friday evening until Sunday morning. She was great with communicating and sending pictures. She also left our house exactly like we left it. We will definitely be contacting her in the future for our dog sitting needs.
Mackenzie did a great job with our two dogs over the weekend. I was scared about leaving them at first, but as soon as I met her I was totally at ease. She is incredibly kind and took the time to understand all of my pup’s quirks! My house was also totally spotless when we got back! I would absolutely book again! ☺️

This was my first booking MacKenzie to stay with Coco in our home for 5 nights and would definitely recommend MacKenzie. She was very respectful, communicative, punctual, and most importantly very sweet with Coco. She let me know right away before booking of any prior commitments that she had. She followed all instructions I left for Coco and reached out with any questions she had. She left our home clean and organized. We hope to book MacKenzie again soon!
