Mackenzie was absolutely incredible, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. She went above and beyond to make sure Bernie was well cared for while we were away. She stayed in touch throughout our trip, sent lots of photos and updates, and wasn’t afraid to ask questions whenever she wanted to double-check something to make sure Bernie received the best possible care. That gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such thoughtful hands. On top of taking amazing care of Bernie, we came home to a spotless house. Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as we left it (if not better!). It’s clear that Mackenzie genuinely cares about both the pets and the homes she’s trusted with. We can’t recommend her highly enough, thank you, Mackenzie, for taking such wonderful care of Bernie! 🐾
Mackenzie did amazing with our two cats! They seemed to really enjoy their time with her and she provided us with lots of updates and pictures.
