I’ve been a dog person forever! I’ve loved everything from my first dog, a 6lb Yorkie, to my craziest/loveliest 70lb black lab. Currently living life with my soul dog, Harley—50lbs of calm meets spunky. The past 6 years with him have been full of long walks, time with friends, long cuddles with Mom, cross-country road trips, and lots of carrots and turkey. I’m the kind of person who talks to dogs, notices their little quirks, and makes sure they feel safe and loved. Your dog will be treated like one of my own!

I am not available for watching pets in my home at this time but stay tuned! If you need me to drop in - I will make sure your animal feels comfortable and cared for during my time with them. My goal is to be a person your pet gets excited to see - I’ll approach your service with kindness, consistency, attention and love!

Mackenzie did a fantastic job taking care of my dog! Not only was she a great communicator, sending pictures and updates, but she went above and beyond in her care for my dog Nova. I was able to trust her completely and had no worries while I was away. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter for their pets and I personally plan to use her again!!

Mackenzie is truly one of the best people I know, and hands down the best dog mom. She will make sure your animal is cared for and loved like her own. Mackenzie has cared for my cat and dog while I’ve been away and always keeps me in the loop by sending me updates and photos. It definitely makes being away easier knowing they’re in such good hands. Mackenzie is a wonderful soul with a huge heart. Her love for dogs is purely genuine. Long walks in nature, traveling, healthy nutrition, visits to the ocean, and cuddles are just some of the experiences she has introduced to her own dog. She cares for pups with pure intention and love. They cannot help but feel loved and cherished in Mackenzie’s care.

Schedule
I work full-time as a high school counselor and typically have weekday evenings and weekends available to help! Summer hours during June/July give me MUCH more flexibility! P.S. - I would love if my dog Harley could join us. He’s incredibly friendly, calm, and great with other dogs—basically the perfect walking buddy. If your pup enjoys some company, we’d love to have them join our little crew :) happy to set up a meet & greet beforehand to make sure everyone gets along!
