I’ve had animals my whole life, but the past 5 years I’ve loved and taken care of many animals under the sun. Whether they are young or old, exotic or domestic, I give them the same type of love they would feel from you. I make sure to follow similar routine structure that you give your babies, including certain ear scratches they love, specific walks they like, and I make sure to send lots of updates and pictures throughout the sitting time. 🐾

When doing a drop-in/overnight stays I like to follow a similar routine to how you care for your pet, that way there is no extra stress on them while you’re away. A typical drop in includes so much love as I come in through the front door, with lots of cuddles and petting. Then, I will do a walk through of the areas open to the pet to check for any possible accidents/things that need to be cleaned up. I’ll refresh the water bowls, feed them if it’s their time to be fed, and walk them if they are typically walked. I also try my best to play with their favorite toys if they have them, and give them specific pets that I know they like to make them feel more comfortable. An example would be this cute Doberman I watch named Deizel, he loves his dad rocking in the living room chair and being pet with his dad’s foot while they watch some TV. So, I try to incorporate these little moments full of love into my pet sits and rock in the chair the same way Diezel is used to his dad doing. :) Same thing with a cute chihuahua named Franky, who is used to his dad telling him exactly where he is going before he leaves the house and covering him up with his favorite blanket. All of these small gestures of love is what I think makes the pets time more comfortable as their owners are away, because it reminds them of their mom or dad and does not disrupt their day to day life as much when they are being sat for. :)

You want trustworthy, loving care for your pet, look no further. Zada has cared for our 2 pups in the past and they thoroughly enjoyed their time with her. She sent us pictures during their walks and she spent time playing with our dogs in the backyard. Instantly, they bonded with her because of her warm personality. After meeting her initially, we knew they would be in great hands. Give her a try; you won’t regret it.
Dez simply loves the days that Zada visits and spends some time with him. Zada is very respectful when she is in our home. She takes Dez for nice walks, plays ball with him and gives him the scratches and love he doesn’t get when we are away. She sends us pics and videos documenting their time together. We were reluctant to let someone else into his life but she has been a godsend for us and for our furbaby.

Schedule
I make sure to structure drop-ins at the beginning of the day at a time your pet is used to eating/going potty as well as the evening for the same needs. I am currently at a job where I can choose when I work, so if an emergency pet sitting is needed to be booked I’d be able to move things around for your animals!
