Hi! I’m a local Summerville artist and pottery instructor who absolutely loves dogs! I’ve always found so much comfort and joy in their companionship, and I know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are happy and well cared for while you’re away. I provide attentive, loving care tailored to each dog’s individual needs and personality. My goal is to make every pup feel safe, seen, heard, and cared for—just like they’re at home with you!

I currently live with three dogs and two cats, so I’m very comfortable caring for a variety of pets! Our dogs have plenty of room to run and play outside, but they especially love taking strolls around the neighborhood. We have two small dogs and one large dog, so I’m used to adjusting walks and activities to each dog’s individual needs—including accommodating those little legs when they need a shorter stroll! I love making sure every pet gets the exercise, attention, and care that’s right for them.
Ratings and reviews
Mackenzea has babysat for our dogs numerous times. We have three dogs and one is a little older and needs extra care. She is always very loving towards them and they respond to her like she’s another family member. I highly recommend Mackenzea for anyone who is looking for a sitter.

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time as a pottery instructor, so I have flexible availability in the mornings. I am available all day Mondays and anytime before 1pm Tuesdays through Thursdays! I love spending time outdoors and would be happy to give your pup some exercise, attention, and companionship while you’re away.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special medication, dietary requirements, or routines that I should be aware of! I’m happy to follow their usual schedule and make sure they receive the care they need. I also have experience caring for both senior dogs and puppies, and understand that every pup has different needs when it comes to exercise, meals, medication, and attention.
