I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. My own dogs, my neighbors have asked me to drop in while they were on vacation, and my parents friends have had me dog and house sit while they were away. I take the time to get to know what the pets need instead of taking a one size fits all approach.

I make sure they’re comfortable, whether that’s in a crate or just on a bed, constantly check their food and water, and make sure they’re good and tired before I stop playing with them.

I want to highly recommend Macie to care for your pet. She has taken care of our older Black Lab/ Border Collie Layla. We have found her to be responsible, easy to work with, and found Layla healthy and happy when we returned. Simply, Macie has been fantastic!
Macie recently graduated from high school with honors. She has cared, in this past year, for our senior dog in our home while we were away. She was attentive to our dog's schedule and needs and she was intentional about delivering on that with consistency and care. Macie is mature for her age and is responsible. I’m available all week, whatever time. I’m not working any other jobs so I’m available whenever pets need it or pet parents want an extra check in or reassurance.
