Before becoming a teacher, I worked at a veterinary hospital for two years, where I cared for boarding pets and gained experience administering medications, caring for senior pets, and recognizing changes in behavior. As an elementary educator, patience, consistency, and compassion are part of my everyday life, and I bring those same qualities to every pet I care for. You'll never have to wonder how your pet is doing while you're away. I pride myself on providing frequent updates, plenty of photos, and open communication so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. Schedule
As an elementary school teacher, I have a consistent schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care. During the school year, I'm available before and after work, on evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks. During the summer, I have much greater flexibility and am available throughout the day. Whether I'm boarding in my home, house sitting, or providing drop-in visits and walks, I make pet care a priority and ensure every pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship.

Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. Every pet has a different personality, so I take the time to learn their routine, preferences, and any special needs before their stay. I use positive reinforcement, patience, and gentle handling to help pets feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. In my home, pets receive plenty of supervised playtime, exercise, potty breaks, and affection in a clean, smoke-free home with a fully fenced yard. In a client's home, I respect both the pet's routine and the owner's home by following all instructions carefully and keeping everything clean and secure. I have experience administering medications, caring for senior pets, and recognizing changes in behavior from my time working at a veterinary hospital. Throughout every stay, I provide regular photo updates and communication so you'll always know how your pet is doing.

Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priorities. Every stay includes plenty of love, attention, exercise, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of cuddles (if they enjoy them!). I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how they're doing. Whether your pet prefers an active day of adventures or a relaxing day on the couch, I'll make sure they feel right at home.
