Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I’ve cared for everything from dogs and cats to livestock, and I also have previous experience working in a veterinary clinic, where I helped care for dogs and cats staying for boarding. I’m comfortable caring for pets of different ages, sizes, personalities, and needs, including senior and special-needs pets. I have experience administering oral and injected medications, and I’m also trained in pet first aid/CPR. At home, I have three dogs of my own, including senior pups, so I understand how important routines, patience, comfort, and individualized attention can be. I know every pet has their own personality and preferences, and I make it a priority to care for them in the way that makes them feel happiest and most comfortable. Whether your pet loves walks and playtime, wants to curl up for cuddles, or simply needs a calm and patient person they can trust, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I also love keeping owners updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. 🐾

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule Sunday through Thursday and am available for boarding, house sitting, doggy day care, walks, and drop-in visits depending on the needs of your pet. I work overnight shifts locally Thursday through Saturday, so on workdays I am generally available for walks and drop-in visits before my shift and again the following morning. My calendar is kept up to date so you’ll always have a clear idea of my availability when requesting a booking. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s normal routine before booking so we can make sure my schedule is a good fit for their feeding, potty, exercise, medication, and companionship needs. I can also provide basic baths and nail trims upon request for an additional fee.

Safety, trust & environment
I take every pet’s safety, comfort, and routine seriously and care for them as I would my own. My home has a securely fenced yard for supervised potty breaks and playtime, and I have three friendly dogs of my own. I always take each pet’s personality and comfort level into consideration when introducing them to my dogs, and I’m happy to provide separate spaces when needed. I follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, potty routines, exercise needs, and any household rules your pet is accustomed to. I have previous veterinary clinic experience and am comfortable caring for senior and special-needs pets, as well as administering oral and injected medications. Whether your pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, my goal is to maintain their normal routine and provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment. I also provide regular photo and message updates so you can feel confident knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

A typical day
Your fur babies have access to my securely fenced backyard for supervised potty breaks and playtime, they can enjoy walks around the neighborhood/nearby trail when appropriate, and they get indoor play and relaxation time. I’m also happy to follow their normal feeding, sleeping and medication routines. Dogs are allowed on furniture/beds if that matches your rules at home, my babies are spoiled and get whatever they want. I also provide photo and message updates throughout the day.
