I am currently in school full time, but I have my weekends off most of the time. Plus, during the week I watch my lectures at home so I usually am at my house. I enjoy watching movies with my dog or taking him on walks. Anywhere I go, I usually take my dog if permitted. I rarely am gone from my house for more than 5 hours at a time unless my fiancé is home. He helps with pets as well.

I have a huge fenced in yard located in a great neighborhood. I also have a friendly dog who would love to play with any other dogs. I have access to a crate if needed. I also have knowledge in veterinary medicine so I will be aware if there is a health hazard. My dog is provided with a self water in the house as well as one outside so that there is always water access. I have dog proofed my house (mostly for my own dog) so there is nothing that they can get in to. This includes having a trash can with a lid, nothing down low that can be eaten, mostly hard floor just in case of accidents, and nothing on the countertop than can be within reach of a counter surfing dog. Also, I always bathe dogs that stay with me for 5+ days:) (unless your fur baby has sensitive skin)

Please let me know if your animal has special needs or takes medications. Let me know of any allergies as well. Also, if your dog likes to bolt I would like to be aware so that I have a good hold on them before I open my front door. Considering I am a Veterinary Student, I do charge a small fee for animals that require medical attention other than an occasional pill to compensate for my skills :)
A typical day
I have an entire toy box of indestructible toys so even the heavy chewers can’t break them. I also have a big yard I like to throw a ball in to play fetch. Occasionally, I like to walk around my neighborhood with my own dog and would love to take yours with us. If your dog loves water as much as mine, I have a small kiddy pool I fill up sometimes for my dog to have a splash day:)

Pet care experience
I am a veterinary medicine student at MIZZOU so this is my specialty. I work with animals every day of my life and can guarantee a safe stay for your pet. I also have grown up with many dogs in my life. My parents have 5 dogs that I take care of quite frequently as well as one of my own that lives with me. I grew up on a farm so routine animal welfare comes naturally. I am able to take care of geriatric dogs as well as dogs that need medications frequently. Bring on the puppies, too!!! While they are here, I can work on manners and house training if that is something you would like :)

Macee has taken care of my pet on several occasions, short and longer stays. She provides care as requested and always goes the extra mile. My dog looks forward to spending time at Macee's and actually runs to her when we arrive. I highly recommend Macee as your dog sitter!
I felt so comfortable leaving my pup in the care of Macee while I was out of town! She sent lots of updates, and I could tell my dog was getting spoiled!
As usual, Macee has done a wonderful job taking care of Harley!!
