I work from home 3 days a week and have a flexible schedule which means I have plenty of time to have doggy company at home. Most places around the area are dog friendly so I plan to take them with me everywhere (as long as they feel comfortable!)

I have a spacious garden flat with a fence which is not facing a main road and is secure. I don’t have pets so they will have my full attention at all times. I have blankets on the sofa/bed so I’m always happy for them to jump up with me (if they’re allowed at home, of course!)

Pet care experience
I had an amazing Scottish terrier growing up and was very used to taking her out for walks, grooming her and keeping her entertained both at home & outside. Since I was 20 I’ve had dogs of my own and really enjoy the company and personalities/quirks they all have! I’ve mostly had terriers (my last dog being a Border Terrier) which need a lot of attention and stimulation. I enjoy finding ways to keep them entertained at home with games, toys and also enjoy a sofa snuggle with them… who doesn’t! Sadly my dog, Scruffy, passed away a couple of years ago which means all my friends who have dogs very often will ask me to look after them which I love doing!

Mac is fantastic. Both of our pets LOVE going to Mac's she always accommodating and keeps us informed with how they're doing. She's very reliable and always makes sure the dog is bathed and cleaned when needed (our boy loves the river). Cannot recommend her enough.
I can’t recommend Mac enough. She has looked after our dogs many times and they absolutely love her. She has a genuine love of dogs and cares for ours as if they were her own. She’s incredibly trustworthy, is great fun with the dogs on walks and playing in the house. She’s also just a genuinely lovely person.
