Your dog is family. That’s how I’ll treat them. I’m Mac, and I’ve been caring for other people’s dogs on Rover since 2018. 68 five-star reviews later, the part I still love most is snapping that perfect shot of your dog at their cutest moment. I recently moved to Mott Haven and I’m learning it one long walk at a time. Your dog gets a real outing, plenty of sniffing time, fresh water when we get back, and a photo and a note from me so you know exactly how your day-away went. If anything seems off, you’ll hear from me right away. I have a Cavapoo of my own named Posie, so I understand the worry that comes with handing your dog to someone else. Whatever your routine is, I’ll follow it exactly. The treats, the schedule, the one specific squeaky toy. It matters to your dog, so it matters to me. For boarding, I always do a meet-and-greet first. It’s the easiest way for both of us to know it’s a good fit, and it gives your dog a chance to meet me before the real thing. I’m best for calm to medium-energy dogs, and I’m available seven days a week. Your dog will be safe, loved, and thoroughly walked. I’ll take good care of them

Mac is absolutely wonderful. He is communicative, friendly, prepared, and most importantly our dog had a great time and just adores him. He went out of his way to get to know our dog before her stay, and was careful to make sure he understood her schedule. Then, while we were away, Mac sent us tons of photos of her outside walking, playing at the park, and snoozing away at his apartment afterward. 10/10 would recommend.
Mac is the BEST! Knowing Darla is in the best hands has been a huge relief! Also, he gets the best photos if our girl!

For client's homes, I follow their instructions diligently, paying close attention to the pet's needs, maintaining a safe environment, and providing plenty of love and care.

A typical day
A typical day with the dogs I watch is filled with fun and engaging activities. We start our day with a refreshing walk, exploring nearby parks and scenic routes. During our time together, we enjoy playtime with toys, stimulating games, and perhaps even some basic training exercises to keep their minds sharp. If permitted by the owner, I love taking pups to dog-friendly cafes or pet-friendly establishments to add extra excitement to our outings. Ensuring the dogs are happy and active is my priority, and I always strive to provide them with a variety of enriching experiences throughout the day.
