Hi, I’m Lyric! I’ve had animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a central part of who I am. I have a background in pre-veterinary sciences and currently work as an equine hoof care practitioner, so animal health, behavior, and safety are always top priorities for me. I’m comfortable working with pets of many species, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and I genuinely enjoy providing attentive care, enrichment, and exercise tailored to each individual animal. I have hands-on experience with dogs, horses, reptiles, birds, and small pets, and I’m very comfortable in multi-pet households. I’m also experienced with special-needs pets. My education and professional background have prepared me for medication administration and careful monitoring, and I’m happy to follow detailed care instructions and routines. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, relaxed, and cared for — and to make you feel confident while you’re away. I’m always happy to answer questions and tailor care to your pet’s specific needs.

I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment for every pet I care for. In your home, I follow your routines, monitor pets closely, and ensure all interactions, walks, and playtime are safe and stress-free. For pets in my home, I maintain a clean, secure, and comfortable space with supervised interaction and plenty of enrichment. I’m experienced with dogs, cats, small pets, reptiles, and special-needs animals, and I always take care to follow any medication or care instructions exactly as provided.

Lyric was an amazing sitter for our cat while we were away for a couple of days. She was so thorough and consistently went above and beyond. She was really sweet and clearly very passionate about caring for animals, and our cat took to her quickly after meeting her! We felt so much more comfortable leaving for the weekend knowing that our cat was in such good care. We’re so happy to have a sitter we can trust for when we’re away, and we can’t wait to book her again in the future!
Lyric is fantastic, she watched our pups when we were going to be out of town on short notice and even came to meet us and the pups before we left. Definitely plan on using her in the future! Thanks again :)

Lyric was a life saver for me when she did a meet and greet on very short notice and took my dog out for me the following day. She was extremely personable and clearly is a dog (and animal) lover! My dog warmed up to her instantly. She was very patient with my pitbull mix who is still a puppy and has a LOT of energy. She was on time and she followed all of the instructions that were left. I am usually the type of dog mom who is very nervous about leaving my dog but I felt very comfortable leaving her in Lyric’s care. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future!
