In addition, I will spoil your pet with love, affection and continuously rewarding them for their good behaviour.

Hi! I’m Lyra. Musician, journalist student, music teacher, poetry lover and dog trainer. I adore all things dog related! I grew up with a whippet / husky mix for 18 years and have 6 years of dog training expertise, specializing in puppy training. I am extremely passionate about animals, and believe that they are the true healers of life and the epitome of a best friend for life! I come from a positive reinforcement background using a clicker regarding dog training. Services I can offer: -basic puppy training -basic leash training -sit/stay/come commands -house/dog sitting while you are away -crate training -dog walks/runs -dog relaxation techniques -dog shaping I care for dogs of all sizes and personalities, including administering any medications necessary, puppy training, and basic dog training. If you go through Lyra’s reviews you will already see how I sing her praises. She’s incredible and I feel so blessed to have her watch my dogs over the past few years. She is an angel and treats our family like her own. My dogs love her and are so excited when she comes to house sit. This time, to no fault of Lyra’s, there was a life threatening medical emergency for one of my dogs. We were unfortunately not reachable at the time and she immediately took her to the vet which saved my dog’s life. Our pets could not be in better hands and we love this woman with all of my heart. 💜💜

Lyra is awesome with our two big crazy dogs. They require a ton of extra work and a great deal of knowledge and patience. She does a ton of training with them, and sends lots of pictures and updates. We always come back to them tired and happy, and we look forward to booking with her again!
