Questionnaire to be completed by owner, contact details including vet, temperament, reactors, routines, training methods, recall and commands. Medications and allergies. Favourite toys and space to chill.
A typical day
Playing hide and seek, ball games, tug, cuddles and quiet time. Using meal times with kibble style foods as training, playing, hiding depending on the dogs breed, age, temperament. Allowing sniffing on walks stimulates the brain and senses, talking which helps alleviate tension in nervous dogs. Sometimes sitting whilst out and observing, time out but still stimulating.

Pet care experience
Fun, fun and more fun!! They give so much to us, calming effect, no judgement just love and respect. It’s payback time… let them enjoy themselves. Have cared for pets for friends, family and clients for over 25 years during holidays and unexpected circumstances. Completed a British College of Canine Studies Dog Walking & Sitting Association Certificate which included Basic Canine First Aid. Volunteer with Guide Dogs For The Blind fostering and training at home covering holidays and on a respite basis. Pride myself in not only caring and walking dogs but continuing training techniques opted by owners. Ensuring mental stimulation which may just include sitting, talking and observing especially with nervous dogs, a calming affect. Every pet has their own traits and quirks, as do we, which makes them individuals and my aim is to care for these to the best of my ability and adaptation.
Reviews

Lynne was fantastic, taking amazing care of our Labrador, bunnies and our house. Fantastic communication skills, reliable, proactive, I couldn’t have asked for more and I will certainly be in touch as soon as we need house sitting again.
Lynne was absolutely fantastic. She stepped in at short notice to look after three dogs of multiple ages with very differing requirements, and handled everything with calm professionalism and genuine care. They were happy, well looked after, and as a result completely settled and content. It was clear she has a natural affinity with animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynne.
Lynne is fantastic when visiting our Springer Spaniel, and has been coming in since we rescued him. Being a rescue, it has always taken him a little while to trust people, but she was patient and understanding from the get go and he absolutely loves her visits, always being content and with all his needs met. Lynne is incredibly passionate about Finn's needs and will go above and beyond to make sure he has everything he needs, whether that his playing with him in the garden, or just letting him go sniff around at his own pace. Lynne is fantastic, and we always extremely relaxed knowing that she is coming in to visit him.
Lynne has been visiting our rescue springer spaniel for the last 18 months, she is incredibly professional and caring towards Finn. Lynne is excellent at communicating, with Finn being a rescue dog, sometimes he needs adjustments to his visits, Lynne is always accommodating and understanding. Finn has a great time during his visits with Lynne, as we always have a content dog after she has visited. We wouldn't trust anyone else to look after Finn!
