Excited to care for your dogs!
I am a retired senior citizen who's had dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have two rescue dogs and one cat. Nelly is my 12 year old havanese/tibetan terrier mix and Bentley is my 11 year old lhasa apso/maltese/shih tzu mix. Both used to be certified therapy dogs that I took to nursing facilities, Mercy Rehab and Mercy Children's Hospital. When COVID hit, visits were not allowed and in 2022 I made the decision to not rejoin the therapy world. My cat Hunter is primarily an outdoor cat and is 17 years old. He does come inside in the winter, but resides in the basement.

Lynn is wonderful! Definitely the home away from home I was looking for! Her communication was excellent and she provided a safe and loving place while I was away.
I’m so thankful that I found Lynn & her husband to care for my little doggie while I was out of town. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to meet with me and Latte ahead of his stay. Lynn introduced her sweet doggies, Nellie & Bentley, to him and then spent about an hour letting the pups mingle as we talked about Latte. Lynn was very responsive to communication, she was flexible and kept me updated daily with texts & pictures of Latte. He was treated like a member of their family… well loved & cared for. I will definitely be leaving Latte with Lynn in the future!

Schedule
I am retired, and my husband and I watch our grandsons a couple days a week, so I have plenty of free time and a very flexible schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I am wanting to only board one or two dogs from the same family at one time. Your dogs would be sharing the house with Nelly and Bentley. I live in a gated community with my husband. I do not have a fenced in yard, so I use a leash when taking the dogs outside for potty-breaks and walks. I do crate my dogs when leaving the house, but when someone is home they have free reign. I would ask that you bring your crate so the dog(s) will be contained when there is nobody home, although we would not be gone for long periods.

I can take dog(s) for a walk in the neighborhood which is wooded and hilly or to the park and walk a level paved walking path.
