Hi! A dog and cat lover based in UWS— I’m new to Rover but have been taking care of pets for over a decade! I’m a reliable, attentive pet sitter who genuinely loves spending time with animals :) I’ve cared for both cats and dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a slower, more gentle pace. I know it can feel scary to leave your loved furry friend for any amount of time but with me, I promise loving, special, and safe care! I have experience handling different temperaments, routines, and needs including administering medications, managing allergies, and adapting to each pet’s unique preferences. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet. I have a private outdoor backyard and live just a one minute walk from central park, so dogs get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and stimulation. I’m experienced with pets of all ages, temperaments, and needs including medications and allergies and I always follow owner instructions closely. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, secure, and well cared for at all times :)

Lynn took great care of my cat during her drop in visits! She is very good at reading the always changing moods of a cat and interacting accordingly. She stayed in communication with me and sent lots of nice photos and updates. I definitely recommend you book her to have peace of mind that your pet gets some love while you’re away!
Couldn't have asked for a better sitter! She took great care of Matisse and gave me total peace of mind for the evening. Communication was great and it was clear she genuinely loves animals. Would absolutely book again, highly recommend!
Lynn was fantastic. She was super easy to communicate with and sent regular updates and photos. My cat is a bit anxious, and Lynn really took the time to make her feel comfortable. I definitely recommend her if you're looking for a cat sitter!
She boarded my cats for a night, she was a wonderful caretaker. Professional, respectful of my space, and very clean and well-prepared throughout her stay. Most importantly, Matisse and Pepita absolutely loved her—they were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for when I returned. I’d happily hire her again and highly recommend her to others.
Lynn took SUCH amazing care of Alfie and made the entire experience so stress-free. He's an anxious dog, so I was super worried about leaving him. Her communication and activity was excellent throughout, and she was clearly very prepared and attentive. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!!

Schedule
I work a hybrid schedule with a lot of flexibility throughout the day, which allows me to give pets consistent attention, walks, and care. I’m in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but available for morning/evening care those days, and fully flexible the rest of the week for drop-ins, walks, and sitting. I’m able to adapt to your pet’s routine and make sure they’re getting the attention and activity they need!
