We have had small dogs for several years and have adopted a Maltese from an older gentleman that could no longer keep her. I am retired so I am very flexible with cares, I also live very close to the bike trail, perfect for walks! Our last dog was 18 1/2 yr Maltese, she is no longer with us, so we are pretty lonesome without a pet. We think this would fill a void in our lives and still give us flexibility to choose our times we are available. We have always used Chippewa Vet for all our dogs need and they could verify how we cared for our dogs. We have had dogs with special needs medications, eye drops etc. We have a great love for animals and hope we can share that with your loved ones.
