Hi! I’m Lyndsey, and I’d love to care for your pup like one of my own 🐾 I grew up with Labs and Retrievers and have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities-from teacup Shorkies to pit bulls. Since moving to the Island in 2018, l've regularly dog-sat for friends, family, and now Rover clients. I’m especially comfortable working with pups who are anxious, reactive, or sensitive and need a calm, patient approach to help them feel safe and understood. Additionally, I’m happy to follow any training methods your dog is learning to make sure our walks and visits stay consistent with their progress. - More about me - I work part time as an event paramedic, which means responsibility, safety, and attention to detail are second nature to me. You can trust that your pet (and your home) will be cared for with the same level of respect and attentiveness. - My Home - Nestled near Goldstream Park, Langford Lake, and Mount Wells, our walks turn every outing into an adventure. I live in a one bedroom suite with a shared fenced yard and can host 1 small/medium dog at a time so they receive lots of individual attention. I also let pets choose their cozy spots, bed included! - Your on call dog mom - I always aim to keep pets routines as consistent as possible and will happily tailor care to your instructions. You will not find a better person than Lyndsey to take great care of your pet. Lyndsey recently watched our labrador Leila for the weekend and had a ball going for swims and long walks. So much so that when we arrived home and Lyndsey was leaving we had to coax her back in the house from trying to leave on another adventure with her. I highly recommend Lyndsey for walks and pet sitting.
Great service
Lyndsey watched our dogs, Donny and Millie, while we were away in Mexico for 8 days, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She stayed at our house the entire time, took amazing care of both dogs, and gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious they were being genuinely cared for and getting lots of attention, not just fed and let out. On top of being great with the dogs, she somehow left our house cleaner than when we left, which was such an awesome surprise to come home to. It can be hard trusting someone with both your pets and your home, but Lyndsey made the whole experience completely stress-free. She was reliable, caring, easy to communicate with, and clearly loves animals. We’d 100% have Lyndsey watch Donny and Millie again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter.
I get such relief when I'm gone for my long work days knowing that my furbaby will be well looked after. Thumper is always excited when Lyndsey comes through the door!
Lyndsey stayed with our little guy for 10 days while we were in Hawaii. He is a sensitive little soul with separation anxiety. She helped him to feel safe and also put our mind at ease. She took care of his high needs and us sent us notes and pictures. He had a great time with Lyndsey and misses her. We'll definitely book with her again.
Lyndsey was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond for my pups!! Highly recommend!

Schedule
WALKS & DROP INS MONDAYS available 9am-10:30am & After 1:30pm TUESDAYS available after 3pm WED-SUN open availability HOUSE SITTING / BOARDING Does your dog need 24/7 care? I currently have regular walking clients during the week. I also may have an appointment that requires me to be out of the house. Rate increases may apply based on care requirements.

A typical day
Walks (on leash and/or off leash areas), hiking, play/fetch, adventures to dog parks, exploring Vancouver island trails, play in the backyard or in home, practice tricks and/or previous training, cuddles + love + attention
