Welcome to The Woof Inn, where we treat every dog like family. Before confirming any bookings, we require a meet & greet to ensure a perfect fit and comfort for your pet. With years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments—including reactive and anxious pups—we’re equipped to provide attentive, loving care to meet each dog’s individual needs. We cared deeply for our own dog of 16 years, who had dementia, giving us unique insight and compassion for special needs. We love walking dogs and look forward to caring for your companion as if they were our own, because we understand how much they mean to you. Whether welcoming a new puppy or caring for a senior dog, we focus on creating strong, trusting bonds and enriching their daily lives with affection and attention.

Lyndsey and Jim were brilliant. I have only ever left Ozzy my dog with family before but they provided a home from home for him and my son’s dog, Luna. Lyndsey and Jim were reassuring, calm but very professional. We got regular communications, photos, enough to reassure us that they were happy and being cared for. When we collected Ozzy and Luna, they were happy to see us but clearly relaxed and content. We choose Lyndsey and Jim as they live near to where our daughter was getting married but we would have no hesitation booking them again, even though it’s an hour’s journey from our home.
Another Great Night Away with No Worries! The boys were so excited when we arrived, they couldn’t wait to get through the door. As always we received regular updates and pictures of the boys making themselves right at home. We have already scheduled more stays as we really trust Lyndsey and Jim with the boys! Thank You ☺️
Lyndsey has been amazing send update everyday, get up early to take jeff out when it been cooler. Have already book two stay for next year!!

I can't recommend Lyndsey & Jim enough, they treated my two rescue dogs Jager & Tequila like they were part of their own family. They couldn't do enough to make sure the dogs felt at home. I have never left my dogs with strangers before so was really apprehensive about leaving them for two weeks, but I needn't have worried. They were happy to meet all our dogs needs. We had regular updates, pictures & videos showing us how well the dogs were doing which helped considerably to put our minds at rest. I will not hesitate to book again.
Lyndsey and Jim looked after our 3yr old rottie storm as we were getting married. The care they provided was definitely worthy of a 5 star review they're a lovely couple and were great with storm. They kept us up to date daily and storm instantly seemed happy and settled. Would highly recommend.

Schedule
I work part-time from 7 AM to 12 PM, which means I have plenty of free time to spend playing and caring for your dog. Please note that since I works during the week, pets will need to be comfortable being alone for a few hours each day. To ensure they get enough exercise and attention, we will walk your dog both before and after work hours. This schedule balances job commitments with dedicated time to keep your pup active and happy.

We have a fully secure fenced back garden, providing a safe and comfortable outdoor space for your pup. When your dog stays with us, they will live just as they do at home. If they normally sleep in your room, we will make sure they have the same sleeping environment here. Our goal is to maintain your dog’s usual routine and comfort, ensuring a smooth and happy stay with us.
A typical day
We enjoy stimulating your dog both physically and mentally through a variety of fun activities. We'll play engaging games that challenge their skills, explore new scents in my neighbourhood to spark their curiosity, and take walks around the nearby lake to enjoy fresh air and natural surroundings. This combination of play, exploration, and gentle exercise helps keep your dog happy, healthy, and well-balanced. Each outing is designed to strengthen our bond while meeting their physical and sensory needs in a joyful and stimulating way.
