Lyndsay arrived early for the meet and greet and seemed very confident and comfortable with everything. She was staying overnight here for 3 days and planned to just come here after work and hang out. We talked through everything, I left detailed instructions in our messages through the app, as well as a print out on my fridge. I had made it clear that I would be leaving for the airport at 4am and that my cat eats her breakfast between 7 and 7:30am. Lyndsay was 4 hours late on the first morning. Fortunately my cousin lives upstairs and noticed that the key was still in the hidden place and she called me right away and was able to pop down to feed my cat. Communication was not what I have experienced with other sitters. Lyndsay would send some pictures of my cat eating at her dish, or a picture of the empty dishes, and of her sitting on the furniture and one where they were outside. No real written updates, no videos of them interacting, and I often had to initiate what little conversations there were. I came home to a written note she had kept of what she did daily.. feedings, washing the cat dish and any time outside. No mention of indoor play or brushing, and when I returned home, it didn't appear as though any of those items had been touched..they were all still in the basket in the same place. Overall, my cat was fine. No injuries or anything like that. But my trust was definitely broken that first day which made for a stressful work trip in another province for 4 days.

Lyndsay was terrific with our dogs she sent me photos of our dogs she let me know how they were doing, she sent me updates throughout our time away. Lyndsay was a great pet sitter she kept our house tidy. Our dogs were happy to see use I could tell by their behaviour that they were well cared for by Lyndsay.I would recommend her to dog sit for others. Thank you Debbie Creaser

Lyndsay was very punctual! My animal family was happy and taken care of and the house was well kept.

Lindsey was great- she communicated with me while I was away and my dog loves her.
