Pet care experience

They may come home a little spoiled

I've taken care of animals my entire life. Cats, dogs, birds, iguanas, ferrets and a few farm animals too. I was involved in an animal rescue group for several years, fostering many animals who had health issues. I firmly believe that all animals deserve love, shelter, safety, and food. I fall in love with almost every animal I meet! Even chickens!

Lynda took extra time and effort to meet and bond with my very anxious dog prior to stay. Kept the house very clean and my cat happy 😊

What can I say…if I could give Lynda 10 stars ⭐️ I absolutely would!!! She went above and beyond with taking care of my girl, Cinnamon and my home for a week! She kept in contact with me every day and sent me pictures. I highly recommend Lynda to take care of your fur kids and your home. Thank you Lynda and Rover for a great experience and for easing my mind!

Lynda is a very responsible, caring animal/house sitter. We recently returned from a 2 week vacation and had Lynda stay at our house to house sit and take care of our 4 cats, 3 dogs, and 5 chickens! Lynda came over several times to hang out with me and learn our animals routines. They all got along very well. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that our house and animals were in good hands. We are very happy knowing we now have a trusted Friend, house and animal sitter. We bored our dogs once for a week and when we picked them up they were so depressed. We are so glad we don't have to do that again thanks to Lynda!

Lynda was amazing with my cat, Sage. She treated her like she was her own and Sage loved her. You will have no worries with Lynda and your fur children!!

Schedule

When I'm taking care of an animal, they get a majority of my attention and affection. I do some work from home so it should blend well.

Safety, trust & environment

I like to meet with the owners and pets a couple of times before to be sure the animals are familiar with me and learn any important information for each pet. I try to follow the owners routine so that the pets are not confused.

A typical day

Some soft strokes and ear rubs, belly scratches to start. Introducing a toy and build some excitement. If they are really interested, we'll play fetch/catch for awhile. I'll test their training and reinforce with treats. We can take walks and run off some energy.
