We approached Lynda to see if she had availability to look after our cat, Chester, so that we could book a much-needed last-minute holiday. Despite the short notice, Lynda was incredibly accommodating and quickly arranged to visit us, meet Chester, collect the key, and familiarise herself with his routine. From start to finish, the service was flawless. Lynda kept in touch before, during, and after our holiday, providing regular updates and, at our request, daily photos of Chester. As Chester is our 13-year-old son’s beloved cat, this gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Lynda visited twice a day, as requested, and took excellent care of him. She ensured he was fed and watered, spent time playing with him, changed his litter tray, and even took care of small details such as switching the lights on and off. It is clear that Lynda genuinely loves cats. Chester warmed to her immediately and remained happy, relaxed, and settled throughout our holiday.
