Pet care experience
I love furry friends!!
Animals have always been a big part of my life and now that I'm retired I have extra time and love to share. I back onto a green belt and have a large back yard. I have a large outdoor dog run. I don't have a fenced yard but that's ok cuz your dog will never be alone if in my care. I'm strong & healthy and I love to walk. I have experience with large breeds (German Shepard, Mastiff, Leonburger). I can't wait to make friends with your furry baby. I have a health care degree and my basic knowledge carries over to make me comfortable in an emergency. All of my dogs over the years were trained with all the basics...heel, stay, come, sit, down, quiet, etc. I think it's good for any dog to know who's in control so long as it's done with kindness.

Lyn took excellent care of Scavenger for 7 days. She provided updates and when picking Scavenger up he was a happy dog. She took him swimming and walked several hours a day with him. We are for sure going to book Lyn again!
Lyn took an extraordinary care about our 2-year Sheepadoodle for 10 days. She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent approach to dogs. She is a person you can trust. In addition she is simply a very nice person. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Lyn for being so special! We could enjoy our vacation without worring about Pongo. We are so glad Pongo could stay with you.

I would highly recommend Lyn! Right from the moment we met she was warm and caring. It was obvious how much she loves dogs. My pup went to her without hesitation and I wasn't worried at all about leaving my pup with her. Very very pleased ☺️

Schedule
I'm retired and ready for whatever life throws at me. I'm up for 3 hour long walks per day if my companion is. My aim is to be flexible.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is my visiting pets home. The house is clean and sanitized between visitors. There isn't anything harmful left out that a pet could get into. While in my care the visiting pet has all my attention.

A typical day
We'll have fun walking the trails and exploring the village. There's nothing like a good game of fetch or a belly rub. With me your poor pup will wonder if I'll ever sit still, teehee.
