During my gap year I enjoyed dog sitting, caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages — from energetic puppies to gentle senior dogs. I'm comfortable with both small and large breeds, and I take time to understand each dog's personality and routine. Neighbours, friends and family have trusted me to walk, feed and care for their pets, and I treat every dog as if it were my own. Whether it's a daily walk or a drop-in visit, you can count on me to keep your furry friend happy, safe and well looked after!

I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, so all care takes place in the pet's own home and familiar surroundings. I believe pets are most relaxed in their own environment, so I make sure to follow their usual routine, including feeding times, walks and any specific needs. Owners can trust that their pet will be safe, comfortable and well looked after while they're away.

Could not be happier with the care that Lyla and Charlotte provided for our two dogs whilst we were away. It was so nice knowing the dogs were being cared for so well in their own home, and knowing our home was in such capable hands. We had lots of messages and updates throughout our holiday so we knew they were happy and meant we didn’t miss our dogs too much! I cannot recommend Lyla enough, I’m almost scared to sing her praises too much in case lots of people start booking and there’s no availability for me!!

I work Wednesday, Friday and Saturday late nights and I study English at University. Saying this, I have tonnes of free time and rather than spending it twiddling my thumbs I thought it might be better to do something I love, caring for animals.
