I've been a volunteer at the SPCA as a dog butler since I was in the 6th grade. I have also interned at a vet office, where I primarily took care of dogs in daycare and grooming. I currently have 2 dogs. I love dogs of all sizes and breeds. I am currently a college student and have a very flexible schedule. I am looking forward to meeting and taking care of your dogs.

Lyla took excellent care of our two dogs while we were on vacation for almost two weeks. She sent updates every day, photos and communicated whenever she had a question or concern. The house was in great shape when we returned. It was obvious that she took care of them since they were just as happy as they always are when I got home. Our one dog is almost 16 years old and needs extra medication which she made sure that he got as needed. We highly recommend her and will plan to use her in the future whenever possible.
Lyla took great care of our two dogs while we were out of town for the weekend! Our oldest dog had some medical issues a few days before we left and Lyla had no problem making sure she took all of her medication and was doing ok. She sent multiple daily updates with plenty of pictures and it was very clear that the dogs loved her! She followed all of our care instructions very closely and was very communicative throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Lyla if you are ever in need of a house sitter!

Schedule
I'm taking only one class this summer, so my schedule is very flexible. That gives me plenty of time for dog walks, drop-in visits during the day, and extra snuggling and playtime.

Let me know your dog's preferences, including where they like to have their walks, whether they need extra time to get comfortable with a new person, whether treats help them follow directions, and whether they enjoy some extra snuggling. I'm happy to help them get their needs met.

A typical day
I'm happy to play catch or whatever games your dog likes. Some like toys, some prefer snuggling on the sofa. Whatever your doggo prefers is what I'm happy to provide.
