I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have always loved being the person friends, roommates, and family can count on to care for their pets. Throughout the years, I’ve regularly stepped in to help with walks, feedings, playtime, and keeping dogs company while their owners were away. I also have experience caring for dogs with special needs, including dogs who are reactive or aggressive toward other dogs or people. I understand that every dog has their own personality, comfort level, and routines, and I’m patient and attentive when helping them feel safe and comfortable especially when their owners aren’t home. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your dog is being cared for, loved, and treated like family while you’re away. 🐶❤️

Lyla is the most compassionate and caring person to both people and pets. She has always had a genuine love for animals and treats every pet with patience, kindness, and attention. I know she will provide the same loving care to your pets that she would to her own. She loves the company of pets and will treat your pet with all the attention and love it will accept. She loves to go on walks, throw a ball and just spend time with all animals.
Lyla was a wonderful sitter for my pup. She played, walked and cuddled with her all day long! 10/10 recommend for watching your fur babies. She also sent me so many pictures throughout the day which I appreciated very much :)
Lyla is extremely responsible. She watches my pup for me and has such a good relationship with her and my previous dog too. Her and I love dogs so much, I would feel so comfortable having her watch any dog, any time.

Schedule
I currently work a full-time remote job, so I’m home every day from 8 AM–5 PM and have plenty of flexibility to give your dog attention throughout the day. I typically only leave home for short periods to run an occasional errand, work out, or go for a walk. I’m naturally pretty active and enjoy going on walks, so I’d love to have a furry companion join me! I also have a fairly relaxed social schedule and don’t go out much on evenings or weekends, which gives me plenty of availability for pet sitting, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. Your dog would have lots of companionship, attention, and opportunities for walks and playtime while you’re away. My schedule allows me to make caring for a pet a priority rather than something I have to squeeze into a busy routine.

I don’t have any pets of my own, so my home can be a great fit for dogs who don’t do well around other animals. I live in an apartment community with walking paths, dog parks, and several gated areas, making it easy to get outside for walks, playtime, and potty breaks while keeping your dog’s comfort and safety in mind. I’m also very affectionate with pets and would be happy to welcome your dog onto the furniture or even into my bed if that’s what they’re used to at home. I’m equally comfortable following a household routine where dogs are crate trained or prefer their own space. I’ve cared for dogs who are more sensitive or protective in their home environment, so I understand that every dog has different boundaries. I’m happy to learn your dog’s specific cues, routines, and preferences including how they like to be approached, where they feel most comfortable, and any special instructions you have. My priority is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and as close to their normal routine as possible while you’re away.
A typical day
i love keeping pets active, happy, and entertained! Depending on their personality and energy level, we can go on walks around my community, explore nearby walking paths, play with their favorite toys, have some outdoor playtime, or simply relax and cuddle together. For dogs who love being active, I’m happy to take them on longer walks and let them get plenty of exercise. For dogs who are more relaxed, I’m just as happy spending time with them at home, giving them attention, playing with toys, and keeping them company. I’ll always follow your pet’s normal routine and favorite activities so they feel comfortable and have a fun time while you’re away!
