Would love to love your fur baby
I’m a full-time pet sitter. I've been caring for my dogs and family members dogs for over 30 years. I have experience with large dogs up to 100 lbs. I have cared for dobermans, bulldogs, Boston Terriers and mixed breeds. I thought it was about time I share my unique talent of treating dogs special with others. When staying at your home I can walk your dog before I go to work and come back lunch for a potty break. Then a walk again after work. I can brush your dog, I can read and sing to your dog. I have had a dog that gave birth to puppies and I stayed with her the whole time. She gave birth to six puppies and all of them survived. No dog is a stranger to me. I also take care of cats. My cat’s name is Chloe. She’s twelve years old and she loves the outdoors.

I only watch pets in the client’s home. The pets are more comfortable in their own home and environment. My home is not set up to take in pets.

The boys were well cared for. However, I would have like a bit more communication and photos. Most of the sitters provide text and photos 3/per day, at least.

Lydia has been amazing with our dogs, and gives updates and videos while watching so we know they're doing well and enjoying themselves. We have used her before, and will continue to do so in the future.
This was the first time I was leaving my fur baby with someone other than family and first time using Rover. I am grateful for the people that took the time to write a review about their experiences with Lydia because that helped me know she would be a good fit for us. I was very nervous about our trip until we met Lydia and her meeting our old boy. We were immediately put to ease. She sent photos of him daily. When he was being a cry baby, she sent us a video of him whimpering. She ask if he was ok and I was able to tell her he wants his after dinner treats! Haha
