I have been a Pack Leader at The Indoor Dog Park and Daycare since March of this year, I am now looking for a more flexible way to work with animals. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s of Biology in hopes of working with animals someday. I have lots handling experience, as well as a deep understanding of animal behavior. Below are some skills I practiced at The Pack: -Supervised large play groups of 25+ dogs simultaneously, ensuring safe social interactions and preventing aggressive behaviors. -Monitored canine body language and group dynamics to intervene early and de-escalate potential scuffles or stress-related issues. -Implemented safety protocols and facility rules that maintained a 100% injury-free play environment across shifts. -Observed and recorded daily changes in animal appetite, behavior, and physical health, reporting concerns promptly to management and communicating daily report cards and behavioral updates to pet owners, building strong customer loyalty and trust. -Controlled intake and release procedures, verifying owner identification and vaccination records for every dog. -Maintained strict sanitation and hygiene standards by regularly disinfecting play yards, kennels, and shared equipment.
