Highlights
Pet care experience
Responsible and caring pet-sitter!
I had my old chocolate lab for almost five years, getting him at 8 years old, walking him twice a day, feeding, bathing, and plenty of scratches and treats! I’ve dog sat for many people, all whom were satisfied with my care. I’ve learned a lot about all kinds of pets, they’re all so different, which makes them so special. I’d really love to help care for your pet :)
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I live in an house that doesn’t allow pets (though I wish it did) so I will only be providing house sitting, drop in visits and dog walks.
Ratings and reviews
Lydia did a great job taking care of our cats! Great communications, very reliable, sent us pictures. Recommend Lydia for all of your pet sitting needs!

My dogs were well taken care of, and that’s what I asked her for, so I would call that a success! Lydia communicated well and she has a pleasant demeanor, so overall I would highly recommend her!

Lydia was fantastic walking my dog for a week when I wasn't able to. My dog loved to see Lydia each day and clearly enjoyed their walks. Lydia always kept me updated on when she was available for a walk each day, and I will definitely use her for walks in the future.

Lydia was so great taking care of my dog. She sent me pics everyday of them going on walks. Highly recommend her! She was fantastic!

Maximus is a dog that doesn’t do well with new people, but he liked Lydia from our first meet and greet. She sends pics of him enjoying himself and smiling. When I pick him is happy. I honestly feel comfortable leaving him in the care of Lydia.

Lydia did a great job watching our 3 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. She sent updates and photos. Our dog, Josey had a great time! I would definitely recommend Lydia as a dog sitter.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I am currently a student at CSU. I am taking summer classes but they are online and very flexible. I am a personal trainer at The Rec as well, which is also super flexible. I have a lot of availability for pet care!
- 0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsover 101 lbsLydia can host up to 1 drop-in per day
- I like to be super informed about your pet! I would like to know: - how much exercise they need (how many walks a day and how many minutes) - how much food they eat - if they are allowed to eat people food - how many treats a day and when you give them treats, - how much attention they want/like - if they are scared of anything like thunder or certain sounds - how they behave with other dogs nearby - what is their recall - what words or tricks they know - their general behavior through out the day - what to look for when they need something. - should I be careful when opening doors in case they are know to get out and run.
