My primary experience is caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, from energetic puppies and playful kittens to senior pets who need a slower, more gentle routine. I treat every dog and cat in my care like they’re my own, focusing on their comfort, safety, and happiness while you’re away. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that means walks, playtime, enrichment, structured routines, or quiet companionship. I also have experience administering oral medications and injections when needed. I have additional hands-on experience with small pets and other animals, including birds and reptiles, which has strengthened my overall understanding of animal behavior and care. No matter the pet, I provide reliable, attentive care so they feel secure and well cared for in your absence.

I provide care exclusively in clients’ homes so pets can remain in their familiar, comfortable environment. I prioritize maintaining their normal routines and creating a calm, low-stress presence, and I aim to be as unobtrusive as possible in the home so pets feel safe and at ease while their owners are away.

Schedule
I’m a substitute teacher during the school year, so teaching is my primary work, but my schedule still offers much flexibility. I continue pet sitting because I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and am happy to take bookings when my teaching schedule allows! My availability varies from week to week depending on my teaching schedule, so please reach out with your dates and care needs so I can confirm what I’m able to accommodate. Important note about house sitting: My house-sitting service is designed for pets who are comfortable being home for periods of time during the day. House sitting means I spend the night in your home and provide care around your pets’ normal routine. My standard house-sitting rate includes: -Overnight care, generally from approximately 6 PM–8 AM -Evening and morning feeding, potty breaks, walks, and other routine care -Typically, a visit or additional care around the middle of the day when my schedule allows -Maintaining your pet’s normal routine and providing companionship throughout my visits and overnight stay **House sitting does not include 24/7 or constant care. I may leave the home during the day for work, other pet-care visits, errands, or personal commitments. If your pet cannot be left alone or requires someone to be present in the home continuously, please let me know before booking. Constant-care bookings require a different rate because they prevent me from working my day job or accepting other clients. My rate for constant care starts at $120/night.**

- Please let me know about any medical needs, medications, behavioral tendencies (such as reactivity or anxiety), or special routines so I can care for your pet in the safest and most consistent way possible. For house-sitting requests, please also let me know how long your pet is typically comfortable being left alone. If your pet requires someone to be home continuously or has significant separation anxiety, please mention this when requesting a booking so I can determine whether constant care is needed.
