I'm the lucky owner of a rescue pup myself, so I know how important it is to have a trusted caretaker for your pet! I started off volunteering as a dog walker at my local shelter and loved it so much that I decided to do it professionally. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities--including pups with tricky behaviors--and I love them all. I'm happy to run around for the more energetic pups or just do a gentle stroll and cuddle for the calmer canines. Whatever your dog's style, I'm happy to accommodate the care they need and will provide plenty of pictures and text updates with every visit. I truly love the time I get to spend cat sitting and dog walking, and make sure that the pets love it too.

I take safety seriously for all animals under my care and work to build trust from day one. Whether you have an excitable young pup who needs help with basic housebreaking and manners or an older dog who takes it slow and needs medications administered, I am happy to give them the care they need.

Lydia Rose is really amazing! The first half of her week-long visit with my cat Harvey had all sorts of unexpected bumps—from him getting sick right beforehand to house issues popping up during Lydia Rose's visit—and through it all she was a complete star. Really communicative, so helpful and she provided an extra set of much-needed eyes on a kitty that was under the weather initially. I can't thank her enough for her help and her calm approach to caring for Harvey—I'm positive—helped him feel less stressed and more engaged. Thank you, Lydia Rose! We so appreciate you!
Lydia Rose has been amazing with my dog Rio! Rio can be a handful, as she’s anxious and pulls hard on the leash and escaped every chance she gets. I’m usually nervous to let others care for her since she is an escape artist, but Lydia Rose has been absolutely amazing and always makes sure to post lots of pictures and give sweet updates. I feel super comfortable letting her care for my high-maintenance pup! I will absolutely be booking with her again!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and availability throughout the day on weekdays, weekends, and most holidays. I currently accept both repeat clients and one-off bookings.
