I’ve had a dog since I was a kid. I’ve pet sat for friends and family. I’m very comfortable following instructions for animals and ensuring everyone is safe.

Lydia and her husband, Marty, took great care of Ellie and provided us peace of mind while we were away. We appreciated their thoughtful questions ahead of time and their attention to detail in our provided care instructions. They showered our puppy girl with affection, fun outdoor adventures, and lots of playtime. We could tell Ellie was having a blast literally right up to the moment we picked her up. We will definitely rebook!
Lydia was great with Bucky. He felt very comfortable from the very beginning during our meet and greet. Great communication and care! I will definitely reach out to Lydia again in the future.

I fully thought I had written this review months ago, but just logged into my account to find her profile to send to a friend who is looking to board, and saw that I hadn't left a review. Lydia is fantastic. We did doggy day care with her for our dog (a pitbull mix) who has some separation anxiety and leash reactivity, and we couldn't be happier. She is super knowledgable and comfortable with dogs and we felt confident leaving our pup with her. She has a nice sized yard and wfh so it was a perfect set up! Highly recommend, in fact I am literally about to send her info to our friends.

Schedule
I work from home and would love company! As well as a reminder to go outside every couple of hours! My husband and I just lost our dog and are not ready for a new pet, but miss the companionship. We did rover before and enjoyed meeting different dogs and getting to know their personalities. So I would love to help support other dog owners by pet sitting!

I have a two bedroom home with a large gated porch and unfenced backyard. We previously had a dog who was our dearest friend so our house is set up to accommodate pets. We are welcome to home visit before any pet sitting.
A typical day
I love to walk and run! I love in a hilly area providing exercise for the dogs in my care. There are two nearby parks that have large grass areas as well as trails to play in! We can explore Tilden and other trails together.
