I currently work about 30hrs/week remotely, so I am able to dedicate a lot of my time to caring for your pet. This flexibility allows me to consistently take them for walks, potty breaks, and to give them attention even while I'm at the desk. I make my own schedule so I am available 24/7 to care for your furbaby(ies).

I understand that each pet has their own schedule and I am happy to alter my own behavior to make them as comfortable as possible in their owner's absence. Additionally, I will be very communicative about my arrival/departure times and send photos of your pet to confirm their wellbeing.

I love to introduce dogs to new sights and smells. If there's a nature path nearby we're sure to visit it, as well as a dog park if the owner is comfortable with it! Otherwise, I love playing fetch, tug-of-war, and working on new tricks

I grew up with a dog & cat and have cared for both independently since I was 13 years old, giving me ten years of experience. In this time I enjoyed pet sitting for friends and family and have cared for a variety of sizes & ages. I am patient and willing to work with quirky/timid personalities as well as using positive reinforcement to assist you with training your pet!

I cannot recommend Lydia enough for all of your petsitting needs - she watched our pups AND backyard ducks when we went out of town for the weekend. My husband and I came home from our trip to two content and relaxed boys (our dogs) and four happy and peppy girls (our ducks). Lydia went above and beyond by taking out the trash, washing the towels, and changing the sheets before she left…we’ll most definitely use her again!
Lydia was awesome. Accepted my request after a last minute cancellation by another person and was great with my fur baby. I would book her again a million times over 🥰🐶
We are so lucky to find Lydia as our Pet Sitter. My two large dogs fell in love with her. My Shepherd does not take to strangers at all, but after meeting Lydia, she had him laying on the floor beside her while she was petting him. I was truly amazed and happy knowing that I would be leaving both of them with someone who they liked. I felt very confident in her, and she did not let me down. My house was as it was when I left. She had taken her sheets off the bed and had them on my washer, which I really appreciated. She respected our home and our beloved and yes spoiled brigs. We will definitely will be using Lydia again.
