Lifelong Pet Whisperer
I have grown up in a household full of all kinds of pets. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, and every rodent under the sun! I have also been pet sitting dogs and cats (of all varieties) for 7 years now. I love and care for animals more than anything, and I would do anything to make sure your pat is happy, healthy, and safe! I am also extremely reliable and communicative. Want a photo of your pet while you’re away? I already sent one 10 minutes ago :)

Lydia was great while we were away! She took great care of our boy and sent a couple pictures/videos of him! Our house was also just as we left it. We couldn’t recommend Lydia enough!
Lydia was amazing with our Bluebelle! As everyone knows, blue heelers can be quite difficult at times. Lydia has much experience with all kinds of dogs, and took care of Blue and our house while we were away wholeheartedly. I highly recommend her to sit your fur babies!
Lydia is the rare person who loves other people’s pets just as much as hers. Getting photos of our chihuahua having the time of her life with Lydia makes it so much easier to be away. Also, our little doggy is a senior with a few medications and health issues, and Lydia is so gentle and patient with her. We can find all the proof we need of her excellent care in our dog’s genuine excitement when Lydia walks through the door.
The most important thing to know about Lydia is SHE LOVES DOGS!!!!! I am always nervous leaving our pups and then we found Lydia! She stays overnight for extended stays and always checks in with fun pictures. We know how special she cares for them because our pups are ALWAYS excited to see her!!!!! You have found Lydia - you will be happy - and your pups will thank you!!!

I am a full-time college student, but my daily availability is still pretty flexible. I have breaks in between classes, and I usually get done pretty early each day.

I am very attentive to all the pets that I care for. While I am not available to watch pets in my own home (it is a rental), I am very clean and respectful of other peoples homes. When I am pet sitting, the animals are my top priority. My pet care reflects this priority in every way. I am happy to meet the specific needs of you and your pet!
A typical day
I love to take them outside and to dog parks (if applicable). I also spend a lot of time playing with them using toys. Giving cuddles and petting is always my top priority though. One thing I have always done with my pets is talk to them as if they are real people. They are friends, not just pets!!
