No Bones About It!
My experience with dogs and their care is extensive. I have several friends who call on me when they have to be away. I have stayed in their homes with the dogs who are more comfortable in their own environment. I am confident in what these families' would say about my care. I have cared for disabled dogs and am comfortable giving medications. My personal hobby is horse backing riding where I have learned a lot about reading animals. Each animal is unique and loved by their family. It is this belief in family member which is my business moto. Under my care your pet will be loved, protected and exercised while your away. In choosing me, I am certain that I will exceed your expectations. Thank you for reviewing my profile and I look forward to hearing from you. Caring for your pets basic needs will be my top priority. Together with my husband and my 18 year old daughter, we can assure plenty of walks and exercise will be provided throughout the day. Of course there will be snuggle couch time, if that is what your pet needs. We live in a "lived in Home" that is filled with love. My whole family loves dogs and enjoys playing with them. The yard is unfenced and we leash walk if required.

Lydia was very professional and clearly an expert. She made us feel super comfortable and sent us cute pics to let us know our Cookie was doing well. Even purchased a new collar since our harness broke.
What a wonderful experience my dog Luna had staying with Lydia and her family! Lydia is great at communicating daily with pictures and updates. She confirmed what level of communication I would like and did such a wonderful job. Her family treated Luna just like their own with lots of play time, walks, and cuddles. I’m not sure Luna even wanted to leave. I would be more than happy to let Lydia watch Luna again, and I plan to book her for my future trips!! Highly recommend.
Lydia was great! She kept us up to date with how Kyle was doing, and sent pictures of him playing and having fun! She’s a great communicator, responds in a timely manner, and is very trustworthy. We would definitely recommend Lydia again and will rebook with her for our next vacation!
Lydia is wonderful!! Our dog Lizzie is 5 years old and we have never left her!!! We finally were able to take a family vacation and Lydia took wonderful care of her! She even enjoyed her stay there!!! I felt like I was leaving a newborn and now I feel comfortable that Our sweetie will be fine with Lydia! We will use her again!! Thank you Lydia!

We offer a fenced yard for play time and several poddy breaks throughout the day. Your pet will be fed, exercised and get peaceful rest.
A typical day
We have a ball chucker that we use for dogs that are trained off leash that we like to use. Indoors we roll the ball down the long hall way. Our yard is huge and we like to explore it and watch the deer.
