Safety, trust & environment
When it comes to caring for other people’s pets, I treat every pet like they’re my own. Which means making sure they are happy, healthy, and safe even after walk time is over. I understand and fully respect that your pet is part of your home and as such, I will follow every aspect of your (and their) routine. In your home, I will make sure doors, gates, and crates are secure, and I always leave things just the way I found them (or better!). I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, and I’ll keep you in the loop with plenty of updates, pics, and funny moments along the way. You can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands—and probably having a blast.
Information Lydia B. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know if there are any behavioral issues, avoidances, likes, dislikes, and favorite treats prior to caring for your pet. Thank you!
A typical day
The fun I plan to have is entirely subjective to your pet’s personality and ability. Whether your animal loves long walks (or runs!), moderate strolls, or simply being curled up and relaxed with lots of love.

Pet care experience
Growing up in rural Vermont, my household was equal parts animals and humans. From an early age, I learned the care and attention that goes into caring for pets from the time they are an energetic puppy to well into their silver years. I’m well equipped to handle potting training, medication feeding, and leash pulling. Fun fact! My first job was as a neighborhood dog walker and my catch phrase was “Lydia B walking” because my last name starts with a B!
Cat care experience

Lydia also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews

Lydia is a great sitter- even closed shades and windows to keep out the heat when it was awful.

Lydia is a very kind and caring person. She loves animals.Lydia is always on the go so if you are looking for a person that is not lazy and likes walking and running she your girl. She would be a great candidate for dog walking.
