Expert dog lover & dog snuggler
I have had dogs my entire life and they are truly the best thing to ever happen to me. I am often called upon to dogsit when family & friends go out of town, I have lots of experience house/dog sitting and when the owners return they always are impressed with how their dog and home were taken care of. I have a rescue dog named Finley who is my whole world so you can rest assured I will treat your dog as my own and spoil them with lots of cuddles and belly rubs.

Due to working late nights and also being in a long distance relationship, I desperately needed help caring for my new puppy, Henry. Lya was the answer to my prayers! She cared for Henry in the same way I would expect someone to care for a child and constantly sent me pictures and updates while I was away. She was extremely attentive to his needs, which were numerous since he was only a few months old, and also seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with him. As a single dog parent I honestly don't think I could have gotten through those first few months without Lya's help.

Schedule
I’m a teacher so weekends I’m always free and am usually always with my dog. I’m available most afternoons for drop in visits or to take your dog for a walk. Summers are also a time when I am completely free and would love to be able to care for your dog(s) while you enjoy a summer vacation!

I have a fenced in backyard and a very friendly hound mix dog to keep your dog company. She loves to play and wants to be friends with every dog we meet. I can also easily crate your dog if needed.

Our typical day usually includes couch snuggles, playtime inside and outside in the yard, and lots of exploring the neighborhood smells on a long walk.
