Availability
In our hotel we work together, my husband and I, so we are at home practically all the time, either me or him. Boarding is open from Monday to Monday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Our day care service, opening hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Depending on the situation and the day of the week, we will study the possibility of making exceptions. We can never forget that we are not a "shop" or a "pet center" but a family with two children who have a daily routine.

Our house has a very large and pleasant indoor and outdoor area. Our garden is completely enclosed with fences and we don't leave anything dangerous in the garden that could hurt or injure your pet. The same happens inside the house. We have gates so that they don't go up the stairs to the upper floor and we don't leave toys and food lying on the floor. Our house is very clean, we value hygiene, after all it is our home. We only take dogs petfriendly and Kidsfriendly because we have a very sweet and polite dog and we have two daughters, we need to care for the safety of our family too.

In our hotel, we give preference to trained dogs, which are used to children and other dogs. If your dog needs a different routine, please let us know so we can adapt and serve you in the best possible way. Each guest has their meal in separate spaces so that it does not disturb their routine. Each dog has a type of food and sometimes food restriction, so we are very strict in this regard. We do not host dogs of the breeds: American Bulldogs, Doberman, Pitbull, Mastiff, Siberian Husky, Cane Corso, Rottweilers, Chow Chow.
A typical day
We love to play with our guests, whether in the garden or indoors. We respect the dog house routine a lot. We have active dogs that like to play, we have puppies, and we also have older dogs that need calm and tranquility. We adapt as needed. If our guest needs daily walks we also carry out.

Pet care experience
We are a very traditional family, me, my husband and 2 daughters, all of us dog lovers. We have a sheltie girl. She loves to play. Our house is super nice, clean and with a beautiful backyard; so that our guests feel comfortable and safe to rest and play during the sunny days. I’m a very careful person, our guests have time to eat, to play, to rest and to sleep. We like to walk in the neighbourhood, in the parks close to our place with our guests. The most important item is trust, the dog needs to feel comfortable and loved in our house. Here our guests are part of our family! Come and enjoy your stay!!! Let’s have fun together!!!!

Ly and Otavio were amazing with Luna! She stayed with them for 5 weeks and they took such great care of her. They sent regular photo updates so I always knew she was doing well, which made being away so much easier. They were reliable, attentive, and clearly love dogs — Luna came home happy and healthy. You can tell they treat every dog like their own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for sitters they can really trust!
Ly was so friendly and took great care of our tripawd, Jasper. Her fenced back yard is a great plus and she sent us lots of photos. Would definitely use her again.
Ly is always so amazing! My dog always loves going to her and is always super happy when I pick her up! She is punctual, communicative, and reassuring! Will definitely be re-booking!
