Hi, I’m Luz Karina! 🐶💛 I’m currently working toward becoming a Star Sitter here on Rover! I just need a bit more time on the platform to earn the badge. In the meantime, I'm giving every dog in my care the best experience. I started on Rover as a pet parent! I was looking for someone I could truly trust with my baby boy—someone who would make him feel safe, at home, and loved while I was away. That amazing experience inspired me to become a sitter myself, and now I love providing that same peace of mind for other pet parents. 🐾 One of my earliest memories is hiding under the table with my dog Toffee during fireworks. He was terrified, and I remember doing everything I could to comfort him. That moment really shaped how I care for animals—with empathy, patience, and love. I’m currently studying psychology, and in my free time, you’ll find me walking pups, reading, dancing, or just enjoying the company of furry friends. My home is located in downtown Wisconsin Dells, and it’s always ready to welcome new wagging tails! 🏡✨ Whether your pup is staying for a few hours or a whole week, I focus on their well-being, comfort, and routine. I'm careful with their food, habits, and any special needs. I also know how important updates are—so expect plenty of photos and honest, open communication while you're away! I’m super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times because I know life (and travel!) can get a little chaotic.
