Decades Of Caring For Critters
Pet care experience
As my headline states, I have decades of experience in working with, and caring for, a variety of pets and other critters. While you're away I will also take care of any other pet, or pets, that you have. I also have been involved in rescue work for decades, working with several different rescue groups. At one time I had over 30 cats...all rescues that I was unable to adopt out. I work part-time for L.A.U.S.D. as a special education assistant, working with special needs children and young adults. I am a substitute, so I am able to choose the days I want to work, and can also pet sit when I am working, since it is not a full-time job...I usually leave work around 3:30 p.m.

This was my first time with Verne & Rover and it was a very positive experience. My 18 year cat has a lot of medical issues and has particular needs. Verne saw to Cleo's meds, gave her some loving, and made she her box was clean. Verne also sent me pix and videos of Cleo and she seemed quite content and talky. I'll be heading out of town again soon, and will not hesitate to contact Verne.
Verne was absolutely wonderful to interact with, sent me pics and videos while taking care of Rocky as well as great communication. Went above and beyond what was discussed and couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. Highly recommend!

Luverne looked after our two cats for the week we were away on a cruise. Our cats, Bobby and Cissy, both give her positive reviews. So do we. We were especially grateful for her daily check ins with us, and the pictures and videos she sent. Even Bobby, our elusive and antisocial cat, started to warm up to her by the end of the week.
