Hi! My name is Lurdilene, but you can call me Lene, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals. Ever since I was young, pets have always been an important part of my life. Caring for dogs, cats and birds brings me genuine happiness, and I love getting to know each pet's unique personality. Although I haven't worked professionally with pets yet, I have many years of personal experience caring for my own dogs and cats, as well as pets belonging to family members and friends. Whether they were away for work or traveling, I was responsible for making sure their pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My experience includes feeding pets according to their routines, taking dogs on walks, providing exercise and playtime, cleaning living areas, maintaining fresh water, assisting with basic grooming, and carefully observing changes in behavior or health. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a calm environment where pets feel secure and loved. In addition to my pet care experience, I have a strong background in customer service, which has helped me develop excellent communication, responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. I am reliable, punctual, physically active, and comfortable caring for dogs, cats and birds of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. As a pet caregiver, my goal is simple: to treat every pet with the same love, respect, and attention that I give my own. I know how important it is for families to trust the person caring for their beloved companions, and I am committed to providing safe, compassionate, and dependable care every time.

When caring for pets in my client's home, I do my best to keep their normal routine, since I know pets feel most comfortable in a familiar environment. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. I treat every home with respect, keeping it clean, organized, and secure while I'm there. I make sure pets always have fresh water, a clean living space, plenty of affection, and the attention they need to feel safe and relaxed. I closely monitor each pet's behavior and well-being and will immediately contact the owner if I notice anything unusual or if an emergency arises. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, comfortable, and receiving loving care. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible—for both you and your pet.

Ludilane is wonderful with animals and genuinely cares about their well-being. She has five cats back in Brazil, all of them rescued from the streets, and she has always gone above and beyond to make sure they are safe, healthy, and loved. She has also fostered cats until they found permanent homes, so she has a lot of experience caring for different personalities and needs. I would absolutely trust her with my own pets! Schedule
Pet care fits into my schedule on my days off from work, allowing me to dedicate my full attention to the pets in my care. My regular days off are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and on those days I have the flexibility to stay in the owner's home if needed, providing dedicated overnight or extended care. I spend most of my time with the pets, ensuring they receive companionship, supervision, and personalized attention throughout the day. On my working days, I am available for pet care after 8:00 PM, making me a great option for evening visits, walks, or overnight care. During my days off, I can provide frequent potty breaks every 1–2 hours, regular walks, feeding according to each pet's routine, playtime, medication if needed, grooming, and lots of affection. I also enjoy keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages, so they can feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. When I accept a booking, I make sure I have the time and availability to give each pet the attention and care they deserve. My goal is to maintain each pet's normal routine and make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their family is away.
