Adventure Sitting & Beach Romps
As a dedicated animal lover, I offer personalized in-home sitting and fun outdoor adventures. Through years of shelter work—including handling weekend walks and group pack hikes for Westside German Shepherd Rescue—I’ve gained great experience managing different sizes and energy levels safely. I have an extremely social pup of my own who loves making new friends. Whether I'm staying over to keep your dog comfortable in their own home or picking them up to join us for an after-work beach romp, your dog will get structure, great exercise, and endless love.

Backed by years of rescue and volunteer experience, I’m quick to pick up on pet body language to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. Ratings and reviews
I could not envision entrusting my dog Nova to anyone more overly capable and genuinely devoted than Lura. There are those who merely look after animals and then there are people like Lura, who possess the rare gift of understanding them. Whether providing attentive care to cats or walking dogs with admirable vigor, Lura will ensure your cat or dog is comfortable and secure. After Lura dogsat Nova, I was left with the reassuring impression that he was not merely being supervised, but he was treated as cherished member of her household. If you are looking for someone to take care of your beloved cat or dog or properly exercise your dog I recommend Lura with alacrity.
Lura is absolutely wonderful with animals! She’s an amazing pet mom herself, and I’ve always trusted her completely with my dog, Poppy. She genuinely loves and cares for her like she’s her own and always pays close attention to her individual needs. Poppy absolutely adores her, which says everything! I never have to worry when Poppy is with Lura because I know she’s getting tons of love, attention, and great care. I would recommend Lura to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely loving to care for their pets!

Schedule
My weekday routine is consistent and reliable: I work an office job during the day, leaving my evenings and weekends dedicated to pet care. I love winding down after work with active evening visits, walk routines, or dog beach outings, followed by cozy evening drop-ins for cats. I’m also fully available for weekend house sitting, long walks, and attentive care when you're away.
